Who is NOVA Vancouver?
Founded by the younger Hocking brother before he left to coach at the Tahoe facility, representing the V in NOVA (Ninjas Of Vancouver & Auckland), we strive to embody the same key aspects as our sister club - with a focus on fun, skill development and pushing for growth in all players. Whether brand new or elite level there is always an opportunity to learn and we meet players where they are at while fostering greatness.
While underwater hockey is a social sport with a great sense of community, we are a committed club team that strives for excellence while having fun in our sport and we're proud to have been involved in some high-level tournaments with some of the following achievements:

- Hosted 2024 Canadian Underwater Hockey Nationals in Vancouver
- Bronze at NW Inter-club regionals 2024
- Bronze at PCCs 2024
- 6/9 players on the Canada West Regional Women's team - Bronze at North American Inter-regionals
- 5/12 players from the Canadian Women's Elite representing at the 2023 World Championships
